# One Coach and Four Players

Gyeryong Construction held a ceremony to establish a triathlon team at the auditorium of its headquarters in Seo-gu, Daejeon on the 19th and began full-scale operation.

Han Seung-gu of Gyeryong Construction, Chairman Lee Seung-chan, other executives and athletes, Daejeon Mayor Lee Jang-woo, and Min Byung-jik, secretary-general of the Daejeon Sports Council, attended the ceremony.

The triathlon is a series of three events: swimming, cycling, and running, and is an official event at the Asian Games and Olympics as well as the National Sports Festival.

Gyeryong Construction's triathlon team consists of a total of five players, including current youth national team coach Shin Sung-keun and four players, including Choi Kyu-seo (captain), Park Chan-wook, Park Sang-min and Kwon Min-ho, who were representatives last year. Mayor Lee Jang-woo said in a congratulatory speech, "We congratulate and deeply appreciate Gyeryong Construction's establishment of the corporate team," adding, "Please raise the status of Daejeon with good performances."

Lee Seung-chan, chairman of Gyeryong Construction, promised, "We have established a triathlon team to expand the base of sports for all and lay the foundation for fostering school sports through the balanced development and revitalization of elite sports through fostering unpopular sports."
